Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. Please do not send confidential financial information through ordinary email.
Calculator inputs
ProfitMaths calculators are designed to perform calculations in your browser. We do not require an account to use the calculators. Do not enter personally identifying or confidential information into calculator fields.
Analytics
When enabled and permitted by your consent choices, Google Analytics may collect information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, browser/device information and engagement events. We use this information to understand and improve the site.
Advertising
When enabled, Google AdSense may process information and use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and protect advertising. Where required, visitors are shown consent choices through a Google-certified consent management platform.
Third parties
Google services operate under Google's own privacy terms and controls. ProfitMaths may also link to external sites; their privacy practices are their own.
Retention and rights
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records or address issues. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights relating to personal data. Contact us to raise a privacy request.
